Italian salad with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Parmigiano Reggiano 

  • Salad 

  • Fresh celery 

  • (Spicy Pepper) 

  • Tuscan Bread 

  • Extra virgin olive oil 

  • Salt 

  • Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

 

 

Preparation:

Prepare the salad. Put it into a bowl, add some slices of Parmiggiano and add sliced celery cut. (Add the Spicy Pepper). Now add: salt, "Balsamico - Affinato", mix thoroughly to spread the "Balsamico" and only then add the e.v.o. oil.

Finally we serve with toasted Tuscan bread.
