Original Torta Barozzi made by Caffè-Pasticceria Gollini in Vignola (Mo)
Cut the Barozzi cake in slices and put them on plates. Make a small hole in the middle of the cake and fill it with a few drops of Balsamico. Then add a few drops even on the external part of the cake. Serve it cold.
