It is obtained from cooked grape must, matured through slow acidification, derived from natural fermentation and progressive concentration through long aging in a series of barrels made of different kinds of wood, with no addition of artificial substances. Dark brown in color, it expresses its density from its glossy, proper and smooth syrupy texture. It has a distinctive aroma and complex, pervasive, obvious but pleasant and harmonious acidity. 

Traditional and inimitable sweet and sour taste are well balanced.
