Strawberries with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Put the strawberries in a bowl with a few teaspoons of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "Extravecchio" (the amount of "Balsamico" depends on the amount of strawberries and on you). Leave them there for 15 minutes, and then add desired amount of sugar.
Serve all in small cups with some mint leaves to enjoy them with every sense.
Alternative: if you have big strawberries you can make a hole on their top and fill them with Balsamico.
