Chianina Bresaola rolls with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Ingredients (for 4 people):

300g of Chianina bresaola or horse bresaola

a sprig of rocket

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Aemilia Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O.

 

Preparation:

Place the thinly sliced Bresaola on the serving plate after spreading a few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil and place the thin flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano on each slice. Now add 2/3 rocket leaves for each slice and finish by sprinkling a few drops of " Balsamico" on the plate.

We now roll up each slice as desired to form a roll and serve everything.
