Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena & Parmigiano Reggiano

We call it "StuzzicAceto," it's one of the most successful and beloved combinations in cuisine. It completely wins you over from the first time you taste it.

It's the sublime pairing of a flake of aged Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, preferably 30-36 months old, enriched with a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, preferably the "Extravecchio".
