Chicken salad with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Ingredients:

300 grams of chicken breast

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
-
Extra virgin olive oil
-
30 grams of pine nuts
-
Salt
-
Rucola
-
Green salad
-
Valerian
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into strips and cook them in a pan (not too much to keep the chicken soft). Meanwhile roast pine nuts in a pan over low heat. Put the chicken in a bowl together with different types of salad. Add the salt and "The Balsamico - Affinato" gradually, mixing gently. Complete with the e.v.o. oil and mix again.
Finally we add the pine nuts.
