Artisan Ice-Cream and Tradititonal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a typical traditional dish of Modena

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

  • Artisan Icecream 

 

Preparation:

Put the ice-cream on some small cups and add on top a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar "Extravecchio" and some biscuits if you want. Choose the flavor of the ice-cream according to your own preference.

We raccomend "Fior di latte", "Crema", or, for something special, "Chocolate".
